HP Latex 1500 and 3M Success story - Printing “green” trains

Digital Imagen has been able to print 80.000 square meters on their HP Latex 1500 using 3M IJ-180 vinyl (3M MCS), to fully wrap 120 trains.

The aim of this ambitious and sustainable project is to replace the traditional method of cleaning and painting on trains using very aggressive and toxic products to a fully eco-conscious and digital printing vinyl wrapping. Digital Imagen is today the only Spanish company that has the necessary certifications for this type of project.

The company received a well-deserved APDigitales award as one of the best digital print applications of the year.
