Yellow and Magenta Streaks Printing on HP Latex 315

I have a HP Latex 315 which has suddenly started printing red and yellow stripes across any job (see attached image). The changed one of the yellow and magenta print heads, cleaned, calibrated - completed all the recommended tasks, but still no resolve.

The day prior the following message appeared: Error Code 0x100008 (see attached), hence me swapping out a print head. The message has not reappeared but as I say the issue is still there.

Any recommendations welcome

The error 0x00008 is related to the Electrical connection. I suggest cleaning the electrical connections between the printhead and the carriage. You can find more details in the user guide.
