We recently started working with Micro Suction Pet Film. I found the print profile online through our source (Grimco), and started into printing. We've found Micro Suction Pet Film to be very troublesome in both print quality which is uneven and out of focus, and even the basic feeding of the stock through the our Latex 360 is problematic, It buckles and snags. We've tried various adaptations, changing the vacuum pressure, heat and passes, but the problems persist.
Anyone out there running this substrate and how's it running for you?
