HP365 with latest firmware build
Caldera V 11 latest release
When I run out of ink I go to the machine and inititate a request to replace ink cartridges and the printer LCD screens stays on the "preparing for ink replacement" message for more than 10 minutes.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
I deleted al the jobs in the Caldera spooler and the printer went right to the "change the inks menu" and was back to normal. Seems like the printer gets stuck when the user wants to change inks and it is still receiving jobs.
We are not aware of any FW bug.
