Hi @contact7471,

If a service error like this is prompted the best option is to restart the printer, and if the issue still persists, contact HP support as most probable service will need to replace some parts in this case.

HP-570 randomly printing what looks like part of the head test in live work. Cleaned encoder strip and replaced all the printheads; still occuring. Any ideas of the cause?
