Error Message

#1 Habbal 7 years ago

Hi,

I walked through the whole setup of WallArt wordpress plugin. Everything checks on the backend section but when we visit the Design section, I get am error message of missing dimensions and nothing loads.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /wp-content/plugins/hpwallart/includes/dimensions.inc.php on line 46

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /wp-content/plugins/hpwallart/includes/dimensions.inc.php on line 71****

**Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /wp-content/plugins/hpwallart/includes/dimensions.inc.php on line 561**

As you can see the error messages are generated by the HP plugin, is it possible to explain if this is an issue on our side (like missing credentials or something that we need to enter)

Your help is greatly appreciated.

HI Habbal,

My best recommendation on the issue described would be to contact the HP WallArt Suite support team directly at hpwallart.support@hp.com in order to have a better understanding and find the root cause of your case. However before this would be good to double check that:

  • The Plugin is up to date. (this can be easily checked by going to your Plugin section inside WordPress)
  • There’s no conflict between SKU Options and Stock imagery options (calling an imagery bank that wasn’t setup)
  • WallArt Data section has no red crosses in it.
  • Your host meets all Plugin requirements. (this information can be found at https://hpwallart.com/developers/wordpress\_plugin/en)

Hope this helps.

Hi Marc,

Thanks for the tip, I did email them, now I checked everything, I have no warning or anything.

I just want to know, once the process is done, what to do next?

- Do I create individual products into woocommerce? (I created a test item and the error messages went awat)

- How does it work afterward, do I upload images to the media gallery and they will magically show up?

I don't see any details anywhere,, so everything is empty, take a look:

Your guidance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Habbal,

In order to help you with your current issue my best recommendation would be to contact directly with the HP WallArt support team at hpwallart.support@hp.com since more information will be needed for them.

On the other hand you have some different options to provide images to end users in order to create their designs, you can find the different content providers through the settings tab in your HP WallArt plugin like fotolia, pattern design, your media gallery… and this images will appear in the design process to be chosen. As well you can offer some images from the designer that you should upload to your content section in your HP WallArt account.

Finally there is the option for the end users to upload their own images and create the designs with them.

Hope this information helps you.
