I have never had such poor service or access to training as this HP latex print and cut. Website is out or basically ineffectual or wont load as it is a serurity risk. When i did allow it it doesnt exist, cummon guys, you are support to be a reputable company. This is the most pathetic training I have ever been associated with ever. I am very very unhappy and now wish I had of purchased the Mimaki Printer/cutter and then been able to use the Rasterlink instead. At least then i can get help and dont have to wait days for service. Flexi is horrible if you want any kind of online training. HP should issue a warning about the horrible Flexi training.
Regrettably unless things get better very soon and I get HP software support this will be the last HP product I ever purchase. The last time i called about support the technician was flippant and kept directing me to stuff i had already found and viewed that was so poorly presented, you cannot do the job following the examples precisely...serious?? Our current collection of machines are Epson f2000, Mimake 6042 flatbed printer, Epson P800, Sawgrass 800, Canon ipf8000 and I get excellent support from each vendor. HP you should be ashamed of yourself...
