Hp latex printing problems

I didn't use my HP latex 25500 for fewo ths and now is making som lines i gues from pinch roller how can i fix this problem

#1 My main recommendation for this kind of issue are:

-Ensure that media is profiled by HP

-Advance media until leading edge is out of the curing area

-Reduce as much as possible curing temperature
