I need some help with some of my images that has light black gradient portions. Please see my attachments..
Con you provide me some more information about your issue? Which printer are you using?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Oh yes, we have a problem with the print result.. just take a look with the attach pictures the CYMK Image and the print result... They're using a Printer HP LATEX 360 and ORACAL Polyester Film...
Oh sorry,. The Film they're using is Soft PVC film with permanent, transparent polyacrylate adhesive
and the software they're using with the printer is Caldera Software... Thanks
I'm not sure if you are referring to the image's grain or the black mark inside the red circle?
Would be great if you can contact your reseller and he can confirm that this is not a issue with the RIP configuration or if that is not part of the image.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Oh sorry reffering the black mark inside the circle it should be just black gradient like on the original image.. I have a better a sample of print out that has the same problem too..
You can try with an "Automatic PH alignment" and then run a "Color Calibration" with the issue's profile.
I hope this helps, please keep me posted.
Have a good day,
Thank you very much sir,... we'll try this out...
Please, let me know if this helps.
