Prints not centered on the media.

#1 jake7675 3 years ago

I have a Latex 365 and starting about a month ago my prints have not been centered on the media. Everything is shifted about an inch to the left (as you're looking at the printer). It seems like my line detection is working because it reads the exact width of the material but I've loaded 100 different rolls and they all do the same thing. I've tried changing the Right Edge of the Material in settings and set my margin in the print software to try to make up the difference but is there an easier/better way to correct this?

Hi @jake7675,

Please try to uninstall and re-install the RIP from a fresh start, also updating the drivers to the latest available version. I hope this helps.
