I'm not really sure what this is. I'm triying to figure out. I will come back to you with the answer as soon as possible.

The link given in the email takes me to a page with a "download" button, but when I download, it gives me a 404 error.

In fact this was a notification on the new profiles uploaded in the Latex 360, that are published in the media solution locator. That is why you were not able to download in this page, but you will be able through your front panel and in the Media locator web”… Again, thanks a lot to all of you, that make us correct it
