My client had some banding at the beginning of prints and also had some banding from Light Cyan as could be seen in test prints. I thought he had already replaced the PH so I performed the following: Force Drop Detect - Reset flag and Drop Detector Calibration - calibrate Primer, run PH cleaning 3 times.
I replaced the LC-LM printhead, ran the PH calibration and all appeared to be OK on the test prints.
Less than one week and he says the issue has returned.

What else can we do?
I would recommend your client to replace the LM and LC ink cartridges together with the LM-LC Printheads. Once this is done check if the problem comes back to you. In that case, I will suggest to contact your support team.
