Well I have a Latex 110 printer which i bought in March of 2017, hardly got to use it but now in august 2018 I need to change the black ink cartage. Only when I do it tells me original hp cartridge has been accepted and thank you, but on main screen it reads reseat cartridge. This is with 3 brand new cartridges but when I put back in the low ink cartridge it reads it fine. Hp warranty ran from December 2016 till August 2017 even though I did not purchase printer till march 30th 2017. Hp wants $640 to repair my nearly new printer. Do they not stand behind their products? this is my last HP.
