My Latex was working fine on Friday, but after turning it on Monday morning it is telling me that the cyan ink is missing. Not sure why this is happening. I restarted the printer but get the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You should remove and reinsert the ink cartridge. If the issue persists you can try with a new ink cartridge. If the new ink cartridge is also failed to detect, then you should contact support.
