Can anyone shed any light on the following error message ?
The print will be going along fine, and all of a sudden stop. The error message pops up, and asks you to reset the printer.
This has happened a few times up to this point, and is worrying me.
The fans do seem to amp right up to full speed just before the print stops.
Any advice appreciated

I had a similar error once. I turned off the printer, unplugged the printer, opened the back panel and checked all the connections to the various boards and the problem went away. Not sure if HP techs would be happy with that, but it was a quick solution.
But, if the sensor has to be replaced, you'll need to get a tech out to your site.
Please note that any modifications performed by non authorized personel to the printer can cause issues with the warranties as well as possible safety hazards such as electrocution and fire risks.
Regarding the SE a firmware upgrade is advised, if the issue persists then contacting your dealer to perform the appropiate checks would be the next step.
