Got 82:01 error on a HP L26500

Hi There..

Need some help here.. I printed a batch of canvas prints just fine in the morning then we changed the subtrate to digital vinyl and then machine decided to give me error 82:01. Need some help into figuring out what the error means.

This system error (82:01) is related to media jam on the print platen, my suggestion will be to clear the print platen for any jam specially around the area of the media jam sensor on the left end of the platen.
