Error 47.10:10 after Activate 3-liter System

When installing new Latex 375 with a 3 liter tank, error 47.10: 10 occurs after activating the 3 liter system. Where is the problem?

#1 look like is the region mismatch. you have to contact HP and provide them all the information to solve it.
