HP used to stand for quality. My manuals are incorrect, and apparently the technicians and resellers have known this however no one has thought to remediate the problem. This suggests customer support is a very low priority to HP. I regret my decision to purchase the HP latex cutter printer. At this rate, nearly a month after unboxing and assembling, I daily have work stoppages because I do not have properly written operating instructions to address the endless stream of issues.
