Latex 52 Cutter not cutting ovals and circles accurately

#1 northcoastTIM 4 years ago

Hi everyone new owner of a 315 print and cut and the 54" HP Latex Cutter not 52". Prints great and cuts straight lines great. Whenever I have a circle or oval contour cut it is always "skewed" in that it's off center. Very tight at the top right and wide at bottom left. Any assistance is on how to adjust or video location to help is appreciated.

#1 Hi @northcoastTIM, In case the contour does not match the printed design, check the following items: • The shift calibration determining the offset between the knife tip and the OPOS sensor may be off. Run the OPOS offset calibration test. [MENU] – [SYSTEM SETUP] – [CALIBRATIONS] – [CAL. OPOS]. • The sensitivity of the OPOS sensor may not be set correct for the media used. Check OPOS sensitivity setting. [MENU] – [SYSTEM SETUP] – [CALIBRATIONS] – [CAL.MEDIA] I hope this helps fix the issue.
