HP Print os - can`t register my new printer

Hello,

Ive upgraded with HP Latex 570 3days ago and I cant add it in PrintOS. I gоt the message "HP Print os printer already in organization" and it asks me to send a request (probably to the previous owner) to join their organization.

I unregistered the following service in the EWS and I got а new code from Settings>Setup>Printer Data Sharing Agreement>Warranty Activation and Services, but I got the same message and the same printer service to that account id is active again.

Any clues?

Can you please provide the serial number of the printer and the credentials, so we can reset the current registration. You can send an email to latexknowledgecenter@hp.com with the details.

I have provided the serial number to latexknowledgecenter@hp.com 3 days ago and I`m waiting for a reply. Hopefully, I'll be able to use PrintOS soon

The printer is now unlinked in PrintOS, so you can go ahead and register it with your details.
