Cutting 10' long Print to Cut Decals

#1 MMPLeechburg 4 years ago

Hello!

First time I'm running something this long on the HP Cutter, I have the one that comes with the HP 560 Latex. I have never ran something that is 10'+ on it before. I have some fairly large graphics that are print to cut, just wanted to see if anyone had some tips before anything gets ruined.

Thank you! Anthony

Hello @MMPLeechburg

Which Rip are you using?

Prep your files with extra bleed in the event the cutter isn't as precise as we would like. Perhaps slowing down the speed may benefit as well. I sometimes have to monitor the cutter making sure the media doesn't kink up, but this is often dependant on the media in my experiences. Hope this helps!
