water drops on prints

I have an L570 where at the end of the print, I notice water droplets on the tale end of the prints. The condenser is supposed to take care of this but for some reason it happens intermittently. Anyone else experiencing the same or similar issue?

Those "water" drops could be rest of condensations. Please confirm that the environment where the printer is located is under specs:

• Humidity: Between 20-80%
• Temperature: Between 15-30%
• The printer shouldn't be exposed to direct sunlight or a strong light source
• Ventilation: Fresh ventilation needs to be provided.
• Air conditioning: The air conditioning units should not blow air directly onto the printer.
• Roll storage conditions: Be sure that the roll used has been stored in the same conditions mentioned above, if not, keep the roll under those conditions for 3 hours at least before printing in order to make a proper adaptation.

If after confirming that, the "water" is still appearing, then let's assume:

1. You are printing a big job or lot of them consecutively with a very high solid area, if that's the case, please contact your HP support to determine if a hardware issue is causing this.
2. Maybe there is a leakage in the Optimizer line in the carriage where rests are dropping into the plot, and this is similar to a condensation mark.

In both cases, you will need to contact your HP support.

Check for dust and debris in the print area especially around belt. Check for any signs of oil near rollers and back mylar sheet. Check and clean any area for condensation and clean carefully with dry cloth or with cloth and ISO Alcohol avoiding other components such as encoder strip. Check above print area where ink lines/trailing cable are housed. Check with a mirror if there is any accumulation.
