Hi
I have hp Latex 335 printer, bought new October 2019. It breaks heads when ever there is jam. I had two heads broken in 3 weeks. We are in high temperature area in South Africa. Due to heat of machine or for any other reason paper edges curls and head stucks there and creates paper jam, that jam breaks heads. It breaks flex circuit on head.
In my view this is manufacturing mistake. On heads only that part should be open, where inks come out. other parts of head, where the flex circuit is, must be under plastic cover or any other protection. So it reduce breaks.
But for now any suggestion? How to over come this problem?
