Latex 330, touch screen issues

I'm having issues with the touch screen on my Latex 330 machine. The lower rh areas , any buttons that need touching in that areas are just not working. Causing lots of problems now.

I've got the latest firmware, and tried re-starting etc.

The machine is only 4 years old, bit disappointing if the screen is failing.

After having read your comments, I suggest getting in touch with HP support for this issue.
