HP Latex 365 error: initializing process stucks

HP Latex 365 printer: initialization problem/error 63:20

Error message 63:20 "A potential problem has been detected. You can continue to use the printer, but with limited performance in some features." After pressing OK: the initializing process stucks/freezes at 1% or 18% not further.

Switching power on/off rear button, unplug power cords is not solving the problem.

Can anyone help?

Thanks for the advise. I have updated the fimware on USB key. But after the new FW is loaded (15 minutes later) System reboots and is freezing again during Initialization process. 1% or 18%. Still same problem. I ordered a technician on site service.

Problem solved: replacement of network card.
