HP 360 Printhead cleaning

Hi!
Tell me, every time I start a job in print, the printer automatically cleans all print heads.
What is the reason for this behavior of the printer?

Print head test is normal, all nozzles work.

In most of the printers is a normal routine, the printer automatically cleans all print heads before printing so they are in perfect condition to work, while the operator is preparing and warm up. The cleaning routine shouldn't take long.
