HP Latex 375 Printer

bonjour Messieurs/dames, J'ai une hp latex 375 qui met un code erreur après une longue impression de d'au moins 10 mètre nous avions changés la cartouche de maintenance mais c'est le même message d'erreur qui s'affiche après une longue impression merci de nous revenir s'il y a d'autre technique ou astuce pour palier à ce problème merci et bien à vous.

#1 21.5:3 Service Station rack cannot be disengaged. Web Wipe motor is damaged or blocked.

  1. Switch the power off at the rear of the printer, manually pull the Print head Maintenance Cartridge to the front position and switch the printer on again.
    1. Switch the power off at the rear of the printer and remove the Print head Maintenance Cartridge. Switch the printer on again. If the error is cleared, replace the Print head Maintenance Cartridge

Vérifiez que rien ne bloque la cartouche de maintenance et qu’il n’y a pas de pièces endommagées.

Eteignez l'imprimante et vérifiez les pièces. Allumez l’imprimante sans la cartouche d’entretien, puis insérez-la.

Si le problème persiste, contactez le support.

Bonjour sonia, nous avions suivi toutes les solutions dans le guide manuel et mis une autre cartouche de maintenance c'est pareil et maintenant c'est le code erreur 21.2:10

Bonjour jkouakou5348, Cette erreur signifie que votre imprimante a un problème avec la station service. Vous devez contacter votre service d'assistance HP pour résoudre ce problème.

Merci mais cela nécessite de changer la station service de l'imprimante ? Car la machine est encore sous garantie.

Last time we had to replace ink towers, technicians had to clean a lots of garbage and dryed ink around the motor moving the maintenance cartridge, but maybe there's another problem with the motor...tech specialist is needed otherwise warranty ends..

#8 Hello Sonia, Couldn't be much of a help to jkouakou5348...not speaking french, just google translate but this error was a hint from our technician "for just in case if we see this, what to do"... However in this case I've seen wicks of ink falling from around the motor when doing other repairs. Tech guy said this ink is going around the motor blocking it's movement That's why I replied but tech support is needed when disassembling printer to confirm. May be it's complete electrical problem or failing motor after all... I hope I'm in some help in this case Best regards

hello sonia Actually ivoslbg5445 is right because there is often a drop in electricity here plus the ink is poured a little below the maintenance cartridge that we had to remove to clean it but the problem is still piercing and we can not even get access on the menu with code 21.2: 10, in my opinion the two engines at the back of the service station are down. J'ai le même problème. Selon mon service technique, il faut remplacer une de ces 2 pièces :

B4H70-67035 SPHP: Web wipe motor (Latex3x0)

B4H70-67023 SPHP: Service Station (Latex3x0)
