Client complains image is too matt looking

HP Latex 300 Series

Hi All,

I have a client that is complaining the image is "too flat or matt" looking. I am printing on a semigloss paper. Is there any way of making the image a bit more glossy with adjusting the amount of Optimiser on the print?

Hi Chrisk,

Of course if you want to get a more glossy effect on your prints you can reduce the amount of optimizer on your prints, although I will not recommend you to do it since the % of optimizer used has been determinate by HP engineers depending on the media in order to get the best IQ. If you modify the amount of optimizer on the print, you will probably experience an IQ reduction.

Hope this helps!
