I cant print at 1200x1200ppp, im the user manual they say that you must to get a profile with 18 passes, I have a substrate with this configuration, and when I can try to print from FlexiPrint at 1200x1200ppp i received a error 61:08.2

Hello Perridan!

As mentioned in the user guide, the 1200x1200DPI is for 18P mode and is the printers internal printing resolution. The RIP resolution must still be selected as 600DPI. I hope this information helps.

Hello, I noticed that if you print in 600x600dpi even with 18P I see hatch in colors, specially light colors. When I use 18p mode in FlexiPRINT it allow me to select 1200x1200dpi however when I send the rip to printer, I received the error. I’d like to improve the resolution to get photo quality posters. When I use other passes configuration 1200x1200dpi disappears from rip configuration. I use the last firmware version. I’m new at Latex printer I just buy the printer less than a month and y must learn more.

Sorry for the deleted comments, I cannot upload the images, cause I receive an error uploading the images, I upload a video, triying print with the 1200x1200 dpi:

#3 Please leave settings to 600 x 600 dpi. If you need higher quality which will result in higher dpi then choose higher passes. generally 18 or higher passes will give you these results.
