Printing black on banner

HP Latex 365 Printer

Hi I am printing large black prints on banner material and it smudge and I think I need to change the temperature but I don't know how? Anybody that knows? I am using a HP latex 365 printer

You can do this (change the curing temperature) while printing by tapping on "Adjustments" in the print job screen on the printer's front panel, which will allow you to change the curing temperature of the job that is currently printing (see the file attached below - User Guide page 105)

To make this change permanent, you will need to edit the substrate preset. If you are using a generic preset or one of the HP-branded media presets, these cannot be modified, so you should create a copy by "cloning" the preset first, and then modify this copy. Please see page 101 of the User Guide ("Modify a Substrate Preset") for guidance on how to do this (also attached below).
