cant open excel latex media list

could you please advise how to open the excel file from a downloaded media list from the HP latex media locator website. I have tried to open the file directly and it advises taht there is an error or corruption in the file and if i save it to my laptop and open it i have the same errors.

i've download the excel file from the Media Solutions Locator website with no problem. Nonetheless, once I've tried to open it, the following message has poped-up:

i've clicked yes and I was able to access to the document.

I attach you the excel I've downloaded just to make sure we are talking about the same document.

Thanks for the reply. I couldnt see any attachment?? Yes this is the error and on my computer, my coleagues and the user we have the same error and it will not allow us to open the file. Perhaps you have a different version of operating system, software or other add in that allows you to open the fole but at present it will not open on our systems.
